The location. It’s right there on USC. Walk out the door and you’re on the campus.
Nothing really.

We loved the tailgate party for the USC game
I had a homeless man approach me as soon as I arrived and got out of my car. He was a nice gentleman but it was a bit alarming.

Convenient location, nice staff, extra parking, comfortable beds
Problem with the shower temperature (scalding), sink and shower didn’t drain well

I liked the comfortable beds, the bar and the location . Right near the Daela Moore Business School.
The room smelled very musty... I travel a lot and I am very easy going. Having said that , the smell was very strong from the moment you stepped in the room.
