Hyatt Place Dallas/North Arlington/Grand Prairie

Staff was very friendly & accommodating. I needed to wash & dry clothes and they provided that service free of charge. I felt like they cared about my comfort and wanted to help if possible. It was service that made my stay so enjoyable!

Location was good, but could have been closer to more of a variety of restaurants.

NO microwave

The room was very spacious, clean, bed was very comfortable. The pool was clean and the outside furniture was comfortable. The breakfast was also very good.

Breakfast food was delicious.

The whole reason I picked this location was because they had a nice pool. Our AC at our home was broken so we wanted to take our child to a hotel with a decent pool to cool off, but the pool was closed for our entire stay.. very disappointing. Then I was charged a pet cleaning fee, and we had no pets! When I called to get that fixed, the lady that I spoke to said they would take care of it. She did not. I had to call again 3 days later to ask for it to be fixed again. That person actually fixed while I was still on the phone with her so I appreciated that. But I don’t know why we were charged to begin with! It was myself, my husband, and my 2 year old. No pets.
