I stayed right across from the gym and there were kids in there for about an hour and half throwing weights and since I was right next to it I could hear the sound of the weighting dropping like it was in my room. So I told the front desk employee what was going on and he quickly handled the situation for me. And was super nice about it.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was a nice variety, and the location was close to all the places I needed to go. The toiletries were nice as well. The staff was very accommodating with all request.

I don’t have any complaints.

Por descuido mio , olvide en la habitación un par de aretes , los deje en el sink , y me gustaría saber si los puedo recuperar , digo tal vez la camarera los reportó en la front desk. Muchas Gracias de antemano.

Proximity to the AT and T stadium. Comfortable bed. Shuttle service to the stadium, although this was an extra charge

The charge for the shuttle. Paper cups in room. Breakfast was average. Alot of wastage using plastic plates and cutlery.

Everything was good except for the cleaning staff. The buffet was good but not as big as usual. The pool is great.

Rooms didn’t get cleaned at all. We used all our towels then had to hunt down a cleaning lady to get more towels and toilet tissue. Had to put our dirty towels outside our door for them to pick them up.

Nice pool, perfect location for stadium or 6 flags, airport shuttle was a bonus

The only thing I didn't like was there were not enough pillows on the bed. The pillows were too soft. That's about it.

It was very nice, and clean. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We were traveling to San Antonio to see our youngest son graduate from Air Force BMT and we had his dog with us and they made it so easy!
