The pool table, closeness to entertainment and food, and the staff

The room was perfect, I had a great view of the pool. The whole hotel is beautifully furnished, the rooms were clean. The pool was perfect too. Parking was easy, it seemed like there were a lot of cars, but parking was ample. I absolutely loved the speaker that was in the room.

Staff was rude and very annoying if I could give them a negative I would! Also it was very pricey

the dark lights in the halls were creepy, turned my flashlight on to walk to the room. elevator was very slow.

Carpet in the hallways looked old. I feel like the price from the internet was different from the price I paid. Which in my opinion I waaayyy oooverrr paid. I feel like I over paid by 170$.

This is such a beautiful property overall, I have stayed here more then once. It has actually become my go to place to stay when I come into DFW! The staff is always lovely, super friendly and welcoming. The rooms are nice and tidy beds are super comfy. Shower is great. They have a steamer that replaces an iron which I love makes it super convenient to iron/steam the wrinkles out. Pets are welcome for free, which is initially what attracted me to this property. Great location lots of food options, and entertainment.

There were just a couple minor maintenance fixes that needed to be done like replacing dead remote batteries, but nothing big at all. Overall, it’s a great experience.
