The location in downtown Grand Junction was great, lots of restaurants to go to within walking distance. A little drive from I-70 but worth not having to get back in the car for dinner!

The other places we’d stayed in GJ were nicer and about the same price. Plus they charged you for parking which wasn’t disclosed and new to us based on our 4 years coming to see our student.

Location of the hotel was good for the reason we were visiting Grand Junction.

The king suite I booked was changed to a queen room without my knowledge or any notification. When questioned, the staff could not explain why and stated the entire hotel was booked and there was no alternative to resolve the situation. The staff was uncaring. There was a large wad of wet toilet paper stuck to the wall near the ceiling. Housekeeping tapped repeatedly on our door at 8am Sunday morning until I got up and told them to go away. They didn't apologize or anything.

Loved the location. The young woman at the front desk was very nice & accommodating. The room was spacious, bed & pillows all comfortable.

The bathroom needs a little maintenance. The shower needs re-caulked & the wall next to the shower needs repaired from the water. The women running the breakfast area was very flustered with trying to keep up with the demand. The manager came in to tell her she was out of plates & forks but instead of jumping in to help she turned & walked away. No one sitting in the dining room was impressed,
