We absolutely loved it here. Our space had a full kitchen, all the utensils you need, and much more (we reserved the King Suite). It was about 1/2 a mile from the nearest beach entrance. They had bike rentals, so of course, we utilized those. Everyone was great, and it was such a relaxing stay. Plenty of parking, too. Only downside was the property didn’t have breakfast included and it was tough finding a restaurant for breakfast, unless I didn’t look hard enough - LOL. We will be back!

The location was very pretty and beautiful lit up at night. Parking was close to the room. Loved that the beds were separated by the bathroom.

It needed some hooks in the bathroom for clothes, towels, etc.

The location was excellent, still on 30A but away from the congestion. The room was absolutely AMAZING! Extremely roomy, very cozy, and the bed was AMAZING!! (I forgot to look what the brand was) the best nites sleep I've had in a long long time! This boutique hotel was far better than staying at Marriott or Hilton. The property was spotless and very inviting and welcoming. Beautiful grounds, beautiful decor, beautiful room, parking was plentiful! The lady that checked me in was super nice, welcoming and informative. I will recommend this location to everyone hands down! The only thing I didn't like is that I had to come home and couldn't stay another nite or two or three!

The property was more than what we were expecting. the booking.com ad makes it look like a normal hotel and we were so surprised at the mini apartment style. it was spacious and decorated lovely.

This was a perfect getaway for us! My husband and I loved all that was provided in our suite (King-size bed, small living and eating area, laundry machines (!!) and full kitchen) Spectacular value! We wanted peace and quiet “at home” and this sweet little boutique hotel really fit the bill!! We rented electric bikes in Seaside and explored all that 30A has to offer in a full day. The other towns are beautiful but very crowded and loud and parking looked tricky but not with bikes! 30A Inn and Suites is the perfect place in terms of value and comfort but you’ll have to squeeze in and pay a lot more if walkability to the beach and restaurants is your priority.

It was so wonderful. I can’t think of anything to criticize.

We were unable to sat one night due to a covid diagnosis. When we tried to stay for another night the management was very short and unaccommodating. I understand a fee for canceling but would have liked to be able to talk with someone about options- possibly a credit towards another time. They never responded to my inquiries except to say that there are no check ins on a Sunday. I wonder about people checking in after 5? It should be the same. It’s a shame- I would have liked to have passed on the name to friends and social media but cannot recommend them.
