When calling the emergency number, I didn’t get a responses for an hour. I accidentally showed up on the wrong day, though. The manager and I worked it out though

Access to room was hard for my elderly father when taking stairs up. (understand that this can’t be changed)

I loved the location to the state park. It's a 3 minute ride but literally walking distance (appx. 30 mins albeit). Also really adore the coffeehouse. It's perfect. The waffles are delicious and the fruit n yogurt smoothies are almost worth the 2 1/2 drive on a daily! But they're definitely worth the wait until we return! I hope they stay on the menu.

I didnt like that there was only one key. We had to keep switching the key. If you have two guests, they should both get a key. Otherwise, they have to coordinate and/or stay together for access to the room. Also, it would be nice to see more images of the available cottages. We were uncomfortable sharing a space with strangers. We all eventually met and it went smoothly but, it's risky.

very convenient location to Grayton Beach

Location was excellent. Free breakfast window of opportunity was limited 8-10 am. Room was very small. No desk or couch. Very cool, chick place. A/C temp control was all or none. I liked it though and would stay again. With tax add on over $300 a night.

The breakfast and location was great

It was extremely expensive for the quality of the room we were in compared to other accommodation we stayed in during our road trip. Very disappointing

Large and comfortable room, we stayed at the "Romance" room (king size bed and it has a Jacuzzi bath tube). Very friendly staff. Beautiful, charming B&B. Free parking available for guests - parking was a difficult in the area, so this was an excellent perk. Close the Grayton State Park, Seaside and other attractions. Walkable area, shops and restaurants nearby. Charming healthy café on premise. Breakfast was good, healthy and home made. Almost vegan but they have a few non-vegan options too.

Quite expensive for the value. I understand that the area is expensive in general, but you are paying a lot per night here and they don't even service or "tide up" your room (although they offer this tide up service on demand). Air conditioning control was shared with the next room ("Tropical Bird"), as well as the kitchen. This was not specified in the room description. I'm OK sharing the kitchen, but the climate control can be problematic. A little far from the beach (10-12 min walk), OK in the evenings for a stroll but not during the day under the sun, heat and loaded with chairs, umbrella, etc. There's no public beach parking so you have to walk. There is a free beach tram in town but I don't think it stopped nearby.
