It was quiet , clean comfortable. Heater was also quiet.
Staff was not present much. Staff was not very friendly.Breakfast time there was no coffee. No one was attending the breakfast bar. We had a hard time working the TV.

The breakfast was pretty good. You had a choice of a hot or cold breakfast.
I liked the selection that was given.
The only thing I didn't like was that the milk was not very cold.

Close location to eat at Ishnala Supper Club. Clean room with comfortable bed. Decent breakfast.
Hairdryer missing from room as well as phone had no cord connecting to wall so was useless. Staff scribbled something on key envelope that turned out to be WiFi password. Had to ask about that as well as breakfast hours. Not a welcoming experience.

Good price for the location and the room was clean. Beds were comfortable.
A few simple improvements would have made me provide a higher score. There was no shower liner, no shampoo, no soap by the sink and no extra roll of toilet paper. There should always be plenty of these hygiene products available in the room. The screen on the window was broken and falling off so we couldn't open the window. Also, the hot tub was filthy and needs to be cleaned out immediately! Dead skin cells have accumulated so bad in it and it needs to be drained and scrubbed out asap.
