The location was perfect for what we wanted to do.
The housekeeping of the room. We were given towels two times for seven days. We did not have them make the bed. They did empty the trash both times.

Breakfast felt elevated than your regular continental breakfast! So nice. I thought the room for my family of 5 was spacious and unique. Loved the pool and the location! Super affordable stay for being in the dells. I would return.
There were several other guests that were being unkind to the receptionist but not much you can do about that.

Good location close to attractions, good breakfast selection. Nice front desk staff all week.
no airflow or ventilation on the 4th floor. The bathroom was extremely damp and warm, with black speckles all over the ceiling. This should be checked for BLACK MOLD, our family got congested only while staying in this room for a portion of our trip. The room setup was fine, but again with no airflow, it was extremely uncomfortable when someone in our family had to use the bathroom, the whole room stank.
