The hotel is beautiful. It appears to be newly redone. The room was clean, the heat easy to adjust. The shower was wonderful. Check-in was a breeze. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

The breakfast was okay. Typical hotel fare. The scrambled eggs were dry, the sausage was tasty. There was a limited variety of muffins. The orange juice (the only juice available) was watery. However, the rest of the hotel made up for the breakfast.

One of our party has a disability. The staff arranged a nice room that was very convenient for walking. Thank you.

There were many options for breakfast, but they weren’t all that tasty, a bit blah.

The front desk workers were very friendly and helpful with any questions. The lobby area, halls, pool, and rooms were extremely clean, and beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a decent variety to choose from. It was in a great spot. Bonus points is that they offered Knuckleheads tickets for certain areas there for free, so that was fun to do with my 10 YO son.

Location was excellent. Room size was nice and spacious.

There was a lot of hair in the shower I had to spray away. It was gross as I have blonde hair. Breakfast was not very good. The only fresh fruit was some mealy apples.

Super friendly staff (except the night I checked in) made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Clean, bright, spacious in the lobby and dining area.

The bare floor in the room looked clean but felt a little sticky on my bare feet.

We loved how newly renovated it was. Everything felt new and clean. We loved the breakfast as well.

it was nice and clean. they could work more on the indoor pool maybe extend more for little kids (toddlers). A quick changing room would be a bonus. I like it overall. bathroom was missing jacuzzi.

This place or booking or both are full of crap. You get the overpriced price (spontaneous fee) then they charge you a hidden resort fee this place is anything other than a resort. They tell you they have discounted tickets to attractions such as Noah’s Ark even have sign on desk. You ask for tickets but now they’re out well why is the sign still up? Then they charge you a daily amenities fee what amenities? The cheap bar of soap isn’t that in the overpriced price of an average hotel room. I understood going the town was a tourist trap town but damn didn’t think the hotel would gouge you in such a way as well. It’s my fault I guess going on vacation with no set plan one day I was at a zoo in Nebraska the next day I found myself in Wisconsin I do wish I had planned ahead and booked one of their many actual resorts they look really fun and honestly wouldn’t have cost me more. I got screwed but made the best of our trip anyway. Plan your stay in this town way ahead of time and go to a real resort if your options are down to this place just reschedule your trip.

The location to downtown and Noah’s Ark was excellent. Everything was clean and the breakfast was delicious.

The pillows were not very comfortable, but I know everyone has their own particular taste when it comes to this. If I had to name something that could be improved, that would be it.

The size of the room was great. We got a double queen with a sofa. I like that the floors aren't all carpet, and the style of the room was great as well. I also like the artwork walls. Was tempted to visit each floor to get a pic of the walls with the person with sunglasses on. Lol I really liked the location of the hotel. Getting to any of the destinations did not take long at all. I definitely can see us staying here again. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

Really nothing to complain about... But like any hotel or motel, the hallways are not quiet. Very easy to hear any conversations going on. 🙃 Even the guest that insist on being in the hallway during the late hrs talking. So this is nothing against the Hotel at all. We had a great stay.

Booking.com messed up my reservations. I needed 2 rooms but only 1 was reserved. I was told I would be refunded my money but got charged for a cancelation.

Clean, comfortable, and Nick at the front desk went above and beyond. Definitely would stay here again!

They don't clean your room until you leave from your stay, even after requesting it. Other than that pretty nice.
