Caribbean Club Resort

Hi there I am giving a very honest review..We liked alot of the place.. We liked that for the most part it was comfortable.. The couches chairs and bed we comfortable. We loved the outside property very much.It is a beautiful property. We loved the indoor pool and beach.The shower pressure was good..We liked the location of the resort also. These were the things that made our stay great :)

Along with things we liked there were things we didn't care for.. There was No dishwasher in our unit.. Which is fine if you don't cook but a little inconvenient when you do and are on a vacation.. The unit was not as clean as we would have liked it. Nothing was horribly dirty but things like the coffee pot were dirty and dishes also.. The floors were pretty dirty also.. Nothing in the place was super clean. There was a very small washer and dryer but it didn't work well. There was just alot of wear and tear inside the place. It looks as no work has been done to upkeep the unit really. We didn't end up needing them but there was really no staff on the property.. The office was closed most of our 6 day visit. The rest was good. We would come back but would most likely try and get a more upgraded unit if available. We stayed in 201..

Some amenities need updates. Broken tow we l holder in bathroom. Not enough dishwashing liquid, shampoo/conditioner bottles or bar soap (we had to buy our own). When I booked there were two full size beds in the second loft bedroom. When we checked in it was one full size loft bed and a sleeper couch in the loft bedroom. This made our stay uncomfortable and I did not sleep well since I had to sleep in a chair. I feel like I did not get the room I paid for which I chose specifically because of the second full-size bed showed in the listing. They did not mention that the outside pools were already closed for the season. The inside pool was too small. On a better note though the front desk staff were very friendly and gave us extra wristbands for the kids.
