Everyone was so friendly and their hotel was absolutely amazing spacious and comfortable.

Everything was great

The pool was closed early, for cleaning. This kind of ruined my time here since we(my child, partner, and self) had finally gotten a chance to swim. My child was so happy to go swimming and she was all dressed and excited, just for it to be closed. Takela, the check in lady, was VERY rude. The app(booking.com) said that i could pay later, and took the money as soon as i booked the stay. This whole trip was horrible from the beginning. I love booking.com, but this was crazy this time.

The free breakfast

The room was dirty. My 2 year old found a previous guests thyroid pill and ate half of it. The toilet wasn't clean, the tub had someone else's hair, 2 towels for 6 guests, the full kitchen was a portable cooktop you had to request. So could only cook one thing at a time. The window shade had holes. The lamp had stains. The carpet was dirty. The silverware was dirty. The couch had stains and the pull out bed sheets where ripped. Does not represent normal Hilton hotels at all. Was quoted $1,282 got there it was $1810 at check in. After complaining and getting 3 nights reduced still paid close to $1,200 could of rented a condo for this price

Easy check in, friendly staff, good breakfast, although, I wish there were more/ different pastries. Lots of savory options but not a lot of sweet options for breakfast.very quiet area, not noise problems.

Everything about the hotel was great however our bathroom was still very dirty. There was hair in the shower and stains in the toilet bowl. Also, one of the beds in the room was slightly tilted, almost like one side was broken or sinking which made you feel like you were sleeping on a slope. Also, I understand that it was hot outside but the room was set at 66 degrees and took forever to warm up

Front Desk clerk was rude and hateful to not only me but my employee upon check in. I personally had to drive to my office at 10:30 at night to email her a form allowing my staff to use company card.
