Breakfast is a joke. Room are worn out.

Place is a bit rough. Ie. In order to open my room door you had to pull up on the lever.

Liked the low price of the property The room wasn’t dirty but if you take a hot shower you can tell the paint from the tub/shower starts to chop off and the paint on the door looks like it starts to come off as well. A/C unit works very well.

Check in was stressful, I had booked the room online and paid in full on the booking app. When I got to the hotel to check in the lady that was working said there was no payment and asked me to pay again or I would not be able to stay. It was so late in the night I didn’t feel like arguing or looking elsewhere considering that the room was no refundable on the booking app. She reassured me that the payment didn’t go through when booking so I just paid. In the morning looking at my bank account I noticed that I was ultimately charged twice for the room. In the morning I did notify the front desk and they issued me a refund for the room. This was not the first time I had an issue with checking in here. Check in process was just to stressful for the one night stay. Next time invest in a better hotel.

The reservation stated "Breakfast Included". As with any other reservations I've made which included breakfast, it meant a full complimentary breakfast. The hotel only offered coffee, granola bars and muffins that I could see. Those are really just snacks and would not even be considered a "Continental" Breakfast.

The hotel offered a breakfast, but only provided snacks and coffee. There was no coffee machine in the room either. Many guests prefer to have coffee in their room without having to wait until a certain time for it, or have to leave their room to get it.

The staff is amazing there, very friendly and inviting. I always have to do a late check-in, and I am always greeted with a smile.

The parking is a bit crowded, especially in the front. This makes it a bit difficult to check-in

Construction inside our unit. We had to leave early 8:00 am for them to have access to our unit. the bathroom tub was painted with stone flick paint and it was chipping. Gross.
