Easy and on the spot access to the ocean; loved the "sand mat" from the parking lot to the beach..
The outside door needs a new sweep and some rustoleum paint and the bathroom door needs to be tightened.

The location and beach, seating outside the room. For an older establishment it was well kept and clean. Our stay was too short, but I got my ocean fix.
Definitely need new pillows!!!

We have been staying here for the last 5 or 6 years. Every summer this is our back to school trip. This is by far our favorite place in OOB. Everything is within walking distance. The food stand on the corner is our favorite place to stop at. The staff and owners are amazing and make the stay even better. The rooms are right on the beach and very clean. I suggest everyone stay here when visiting OOB.

The location is great to be close to the pier, Main Street , all the happenings one would want , but if you desired quiet or secluded it’s not for you , the proximity to the beach is perfect
Rooms are decent but VERY dated , all of old orchard beach is very dated but yet historic at the same time , it’s a tourist destination if you want the quiet secluded beaches of Maine , this is not it
