Mostly clean though bathroom around the doors at the bottom, looked like slight mold they should have cleaned... else test was really clean.
Short need, even for somebody short, Could hear through the walls, even smelled smoke from people smoking outdoors (no windows open)... decent and clean for the rate, bit could improve overall

The location is very close to the beach. Very clean room. There’s lots of shops and places to eat in walking distance. Celebrated my 50th birthday while staying here!
Train tracks were literally right behind our room. The bed was very uncomfortable.

That the pool/hot tub was still open
No hairdryer, but not a big deal

Needed reservation at the last minute and owner was quick to call to confirm arrival time. Very pleasant owner.
No breakfast, but it is a motel and hotel so to be expected. Whole room was tilted which was interesting. One bedspread was a little dirty and needed washing. Definitely worn old motel but it met our needs on an emergency basis which is all we needed.
