tight parking but understandable because of the prime location.

The room was clean and comfy. The view of the ocean was awesome. Short walk to downtown and peer.

location was perfect! JJ was a great host too! we felt very welcomed and taken care of.

pool was not open yet where neighboring hotel pool was.

The bed was super comfortable. Shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. Close enough to walk out to the beach at sunrise. Two rooms to rest and relax.

Price was increased for the Columbus Day weekend, even though it's October and everything closed for off-season. Parking was a bit tricky and tight. Got last spot, came back late.

Everything was good, will probably return

Room 20 is totally not right. Needs to be remodeled, more user friendly. Kitchenette setup would be so much better.

Excellent customer service checkin & checkout. Great proximity to beach and center of town. Room was very clean & comfortable 👌 will definitely recommend to friends & family. Will definitely return!!!

The location is perfect,right on beach, the owner JJ is a awesome guy , felt very welcoming and, sunrises cannot be beat , will be booking for next summer, cannot wait .

Only complaint was a little bit of rain last morning of the stay , but that’s uncontrollable

I've stayed in 5 stars hotels in vegas, times square, florida, italy, egypt and this is one of the most expensive and most regulated I've ever seen. the garbage in the room we need to put it out was the absurdity of I've ever seen in a hotel that charges 450 a day , and there's have a broom in the room so if you get something dirty I have to clean it... they said due covid service not every day only after 3rd day, they charge 25 dollars is you loose the tv control batteries..lol…I paid 2 nights 900 dollars, I stayed 2 hours and I came back home… also parking lot extremely tight shared with motel next door.. this is my family opinion my experience

The room was big, clean, staff was friendly.

No cable tv, WiFi was horrible, pool was very small, parking was overbooked and way too tight, shower kept turning off while in it, no drop box for keys or remotes, would not accommodate early check in and I did not see a spa tub.

Ocean view. The back of the Motel parking lot leads right to the beach. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Pier. Right near everything. Staff was available and helpful at all times. We will stay here again.

there was no toaster they should have a small kitchen, towels were super small, check out time was very early at 10am.

The location is absolutely unbeatable. Super helpful and quick staff and our kids loved the pool. We appreciated the layout of the room, with a separate living room and bedroom.

The one area we would have loved to see more offered would be the bathrooms. They are tight and need more storage space. On a personal note - There's a significant value-add opportunity in the branding of the motel. I am a graphic designer and feel this motel could present its incredible location & welcoming atmosphere with a logo & brand identity that feels fresh and clean. It's very special and a brand could reflect that.
