Very noisy ,music all night .

Very inconsiderate people , smelled like weed everywhere.

The location to university was excellent!

The shower head was broken and the toilet wobbly in our room.

The location was good from our baseball field we were visiting. The breakfast was very limited & we ended up going to McDonald's. Over all it was ok, we had dinner next door, & didn't have a horrible time. The elevator had no inspection card, & there were some holes near the elevator buttons in the wall. Also burn marks in carpet & dead bugs in hallways. I requested a non-smoking room but it definitely wreaked of smoke smell. The room cleanliness other than that was pretty decent.

Clean and beautiful in appearance

Exercise room was dirty, floor filthy. Room heater was very high when we first came in and had to sleep with windows open to noisy street in order to cool it down at all.

The staff and cleanliness and closeness to Campbell University.

I was supposed to have a 6:30 wake up call didn't receive was late

I was not told in advance that there was a 25 dollar a day per pet fee .I travel with 2 toy poodles and shi-zu none of which between all 3 have a totally weight of less then 25 lbs. All me pets travel in carrier sleep in carrier and to have to pay 150.00 extra for pets is outrageous..l always use microtel during my travels and I have never paid this price for pet fees my last stay before this one was microtel of Tifton ga.and I paid 25 dollar a night for all 3 dogs..I was not given any of my windham rewards points.. terrible experience with the deck clerk that night would not call manager but explain that the manager was the only one to approve a different rate for pet fee

Breakfast was ok

We were originally put in a handicapped accessible room. HATED the bathroom especially since we did not request that type of room. Then after going to the front desk we learned that the room next to us was available and had to wait until the following morning to move to that room.

convenient affordable

Our room was on the first floor under the stairs. Friday night around 11-12:30pm people kept running up and down the stairs laughing and slamming doors!
