So close to Penn station!! Very convenient location.

There was really nothing negative about the hotel that I can say. Had a great stay!

Location is very good. Few Minutes walk from multiple subway stations. Quite central to midtown. Fridge in room.

Not a lot really. The rooms are basic. Standard double beds. Air con works but wasn’t amazing. Especially given the summer heat. But it worked.

In proximity to just about all of Manhattan

Room aircon was noisy whenever it came on. Housekeeping didn’t make up the room one day. They didn’t knock on the door

It was convenient because it was close to penn station.

Superb location! Clean property. Quiet room on the 19th floor with excellent air-conditioning. Friendly staff.

Lobby restroom were out of order.

We had to be in New York City for 10 days and our stay was very comfortable. The staff were professional, efficient and courteous. We would definitely stay there again!

The long walks to Time Square before we discovered the close proximity of a taxi stand!

Small room, noisy A/C

We stayed with a baby and 6 year old. Spacious rooms which were very clean and modern. Housekeeping very attentive. Breakfast cafe reasonable and friendly staff. Check in staff very friendly and helpful. Used laundry facilities and given free soap (paid for wash). Disappointed not to have water available either in room or in lobby but there is a water dispenser next to the gym. Location about 5 min walk from subway.
