My room smell like dog pee stains everywhere. Room Not clean

For a last minute pick, it was fairly cheap, the room was very spacious, and the location was convenient.

Front desk staff tried to rush me through signing a document while I was reading it. I've never had to sign a form to stay at a hotel. Then, he had me guess my room number and the wifi password, which was basically written in code rather than just telling me. He was friendly, but it was annoying. The halls were dim, smelled bad, and the doors were all dinged up. Also, my room was nonsmoking but smelled like a freshly lit cigarette, and the comforter had a cigarette burn. The phone in the room had no cord to plug into the wall. It was just there for decoration. The light in the vanity area took a solid minute or two to brighten up, so I had to turn it on and then go do something else. The tissue roll was missing the piece that held it in place, so I had to take it off and manually unroll the tissue. There was also what looked like bloody boogers toward the top of my shower, and I'm tall, so it was very visible to me, but maybe not someone short. They also filled the shampoo, body wash, and conditioner with shampoo. I tried to use the conditioner and it had a lather so I looked into the bottles from the side and you could see at the top where the liquid was a cream color, but at the bottom where it was pumping from, they all had the green shampoo color. Lastly, the TV had EXTREMELY limited channels; a couple of which did not have sound. I wouldn't stay there again regardless of the price.

The room was very spacious with a nice sofa and seating area separate from the sleeping area. The hotel was quiet, beds were comfortable. We were in town for a concert at the Gas South Arena. The drive to the arena was super easy and quick and there were a lot of good restaurants in the area. The Duluth area had all the conveniences but still had a small-town vibe.

There was a dirty towel from the previous guest left in the bathroom. Overall the room, especially the bathroom, needed to be deep cleaned. It was a short stay so didn't even bother the staff but it was very unpleasant and felt uncomfortable sleeping on the sheets because if the staff can't even clean up a dirty towel lying out in the open like that they probably aren't cleaning the sheets well or doing detailed cleaning. Luckily we brought disposable sheets.

BEDROOM is FILTHY- NASTY OLD CARPET - STAINS ALL OVER THE PLACE LIKE…SOME DIE THERE… SMELL MARIHUANA THE WHOLE BUILDING FLOOR ROOM LIGHTING WAS SPOOKY… HARDLY LIGHTING IN THE BATHROOM FURNITURE NO CLEAN.. WITH STICKY SPILLS ON TOP SIMPLE HORRIBLE….

I came to this hotel for a mental health break and it just made everything worse. Lights weren’t working smell of mold, shower, overflowing worst experience ever.

I didn’t like the hotel at all

The location was great

The TV was not working at all and the fire alarm went off randomly. I called about the TV and nobody came to fix it. The first room I was given the key didn’t work instead of the front desk going to open the door they switched rooms. The floor was dirty in the room. And the beds were not clean. I always rave about Sonesta but I will never again stay at this Sonesta.

Location, it was filthy, my toilet seat did not have the top to it, room smelled like urine.

The size of rooms very good for family bed very comfortable liked the little kitchen area and the hot breakfast

Lady reported bug a gnat in the orange juice pitcher and I saw it too and the lady took it and put it up on a shelf then went got a spoon took the bug out returned the bug infested juice to the back to serving area that was when I decided to or book there anymore plus the other day I believe I swallowed a gnat while drinking the juice so mystery was solved when I saw that my last day there disgusting plus it roaches in the room saw first day on the ceiling

Good location easy to find

The room was dirty with stains in carpet. The mattress was very dirty and almost brown with stains.

Check in was quick, staff was friendly, beds were comfortable.

Not very clean, rundown facility, needs major renovations.

There was a cockroach crawling around in the bathroom. The bed did not have a blanket. Instead of a blanket there were two sheets to replace it.

I had to change rooms 3 times because someone left dirty trash under the sink and the room was stink in the first room. Second room tv didn’t work.

I got the room 323 , that room need to be fix . everything is breaking down apart . shower , toilet …., the water is leaking from the bathroom floor through the carpet . I think it been like that for a while but no body pay attention to it . when the carpet is wet like that it will cause mold . hopefully they will fix that room .

front lobby inside looks beautiful, but that’s the catch , I was on the 6th floor with my mother and my 2 kids , before I parked to go check in there was TWO drug dealing transactions made 2 parking spots beside me , go check in ect. room was clean , but there cable isn’t good , literally couldn’t watching anything . coffee maker didn’t work , they don’t serve no breakfast btw . also no pool . our bathroom trash can was stuck to another trash can rat was in our room. no trash bags to replace it. I am COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED WITH MY STAY

Indian guy at the front desk was pushy and rude. Took forever for someone to come check us in and we never got the sheets for the pullout bed like we requested.

Hallways reeked of weed.

Only certain channels worked on the television and half of them were blurry. I assume this is WIFI, as regular cable should be clear. Also, the water in the "bathroom" sink did not get hot, I had to use either the shower or the kitchenette kitchen if I needed hot water.

The gentleman at the front desk was nice

The entire staff is amazing and very caring... Joseline is the best and very attentive... Everyone that works here is a real pleasure.

Free Parking

The front desk lady that I attended to me does not have a good customer attitude. She gave me a room on the first floor next to the exit door to the back behind the breakfast area. I told her I needed another room, I didn't like staying on the first floor. She told me if I wanted to cancel my reservation, I could cancel it and that all their room upstairs had dogs because their hotel is pet friendly, and I would even see a lot walking around in the hallway. In-room 210, where I stayed, there were some children's clothes in the corner of the room closet; if the room was well cleaned, those things should have been removed. This was my first time lodging in that hotel and will be the last,

My duvet was full of black mold. The carpet in front of the bathroom was wet when we got there. It smelt like mold. They refused to give me a refund and also said the mold was feathers in side the blanket
