Beds very uncomfortable

The bathroom was pretty nice and liked the beachfront so you could walk down on to the beach

1. We weren't told there would be a $20 key deposit 2. Wifi couldnt reach our room. And when it did, the internet was so slow that you literally co UK ldnt connect to a single thing. When we told the front desk about it they said that we'd have to meet with their IT guy at 8 am to figure out what the problem was. (Every single guest there said they had the same problem, they were just throttling it so it was unusable even though it said that was included) 3. Our room was FILTHY when we checked in. After 20 minutes of unpacking our feet were jet black. There were long black hairs all over the pillows and sheets (we weren't given a blanket for the bed just a sheet). 4. The fridge stopped working an hour after getting there causing it to leak all over the floor in huge puddles, we got it to work eventually on our own as we're handy, but the leaking didn't subside. 5. There were ants EVERY WHERE. They had to spray our room 3 times! Couldn't leave a single thing out or any garbage or they would invade, which was difficult as to there were only little bathroom sized trash bags and only two were given until the 4th day when they finally gave us more. 6. the side balcony we were on was bowing in like it would collapse at any given moment. 7.the front desk check in area was a mess! Pamphlets in mounds just strewn across the floor, hundreds of them and by the day we checked out, 8 days later they were still there.

it was very clean, and quiet. Perfect for families!

The first clue about this place was the "bathroom" used for changing if you arrived too early and wanted to get to the beach while waiting for the room. It was a boiler room/storage room/ laundry room with a toilet. When I inquired about a place to change and a bathroom to use, I was told they had one. Never would have guessed they would have you go into a boiler room which was so disgusting and not to mention a toilet bowl so gross you hated to use it. The room was dirty. We had to wipe everything down. The reservation was for the sofa bed to be used. First there was no bedding for it. Secondly when it was used, there was no support bars for the middle of the mattress so your body was almost on the floor, therefore it could not be used. Had to sleep on the couch which was just too small. The coffee maker smelled so bad it was brought to the office for an exchange. The next one given came without the basket to hold the coffee. They say the 3rd time is a charm, well the coffee maker worked but was only a 4 cup. I guess it was better than nothing. There was no maid service. Had to bring dirty towels to the office in order to get clean ones. Had to bring trash out as well to get an empty trash bag. If while swimming in the pool you happen to touch the bottom or lean against the sides, your bathing suit and skin would get covered in sunscreen that had accumulated from everyone swimming in that pool. The place needs to get more help and updates for sure. I would not recommend the motel to anyone.
