Die Lage und an sich die Größe des Zimmers/Appartments war gut.

Komischer Geruch, Kakerlake im Schlafzimmer, sehr laute Geräusche von einer Heizung oder ähnlichem außerhalb. Wir hatten eine verschimmelte Matratze beim Schlafsofa weshalb wir zu dritt in einem Bett schlafen mussten. Ich bat um Auswechslungen und Entfernung der Kakerlake und habe auch gebeten bitte nochmal das Appartement zu reinigen oder zu wechseln weil wir uns unwohl fühlen durch oben genanntes. Letztendlich wurde nur die Matratze getauscht, aber es gab kein zusätzliches Bettzeug und die Kakerlake mussten wir auch selbst entfernen. Für über 200 Eur die Nacht sehr enttäuschend. We do not recommend this Hotel due to the fact that we had mold on the matress, cockroach in sleeping room, bad odur. They changed the matress but did NOT remove the cockroach and did not so additional cleaning as we asked for and did not leave any bedsheet for the sleeping sofa so that we had to sleep all the 3 of us in 1 Bed for 3 nights.

The location to the beach was great. The size and appearance of the rooms were also great. I arrived early, and they were very accommodating. Great staff.

The location for this property was very convenient. The staff was very nice. The unit was spacious and clean. It was definitely a great deal.

The lighting in the unit is terrible. It wasn’t bright enough and they use the old school light bulbs that looked a little yellow when lit. Also, the bathrooms were small.

The location was good, little far to walk to the main beach and restaurants but it was fine. The pool area is great with gas grills to grill your own food. The bigger rooms are great with every amenity you’d need. Big TVs in every room was great. Hot tub was awesome.

The furniture inside the room is uncomfortable outdoor patio furniture. Pool area is small; not alot of chairs. Not a lot of value for the money, a bit pricey.

Really good place with even a convenience store next door! Great parking. We had a condo with 2 bedrooms, they were nice and for our family of 4 it was more than enough. Next to the beach, literally 5 min walk

Not that I didn’t like it but some work needs to be done to make it perfect, like paint was falling apart when I tried to move curtains, door lock was not working properly, had to find the right angle but apart from that it was a nice stay

the property is dated . needs an upgrade. Unfortunately my rental car was damaged while parked in the parking lot. no fault of Coconut Bay, could have happened anywhere

it was really close of beach and that has parking. it made the experience easier. the room was big enough for 4 people. and have basic kitchen supplies for us to use. staff was friendly.

I saw some bugs on kitchen (cockroach) on a first night and had a toilet scent. but I was under the trash dump. problem was the location my room.

Good location near the beach and a beautiful park.Also 10 minute walk to Publix and large Mall which was very expensive.7/11 right next to hotel. Our room with kitchenette was spotless with a very large comfortable bed and all amenities.

Our room was right at the end of the property so no view out of windows so a bit dull.Small swimming pool area.
