La ubicación es muy cerca de las principales atracciones.

La dirección de la ubicación no correspondía a la indicada en la publicación de booking. Según la publicación la dirección es 117 E 10th St, New York pero en realidad es 110 Lexington Ave it’s between 27 street and 28 street. Por esta razón debimos tomar Uber a la nueva ubicación y perder el dinero de reserva del taxi que nos llevaba al aeropuerto por que la dirección suministrada era otra. Adicionalmente solo se puede acceder al apartamento a la hora que el anfitrión pueda abrir la puerta.

No wifi Construction next to apartment which starts at 7am every work day. And the construction just started so it will take a while Heating is very noisy

Good place. Next to nice restaurants , jazz standard rooftop . The host was very gentle and available. Beautiful view on the christler building

Noisy but this is new york ! The wifi connection was not very powerfull No tv channel , only a big screen with hdmi cable No music hi-fi

Our host was very responsive and in communication in advance. The check-in process was very smooth. The 4th floor walk-up apartment is at a great location with good restaurants, jazz club, wine shop at street level, and subway stop very nearby. Great neighborhood.

Wifi connectivity is not great, so not particularly good for a business trip, but this didn't matter for us on this leisure trip. The apartment is warm and cozy to return to during a cold winter visit after exploring all New York has to offer.
