I liked the location and the free parking. The room was spacious and clean. The internet was fast and the service was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. Very different from my first stay at that hotel many years ago. There's no great view, but there is lots of places to visit at a walking distance and the price was just right for our budget.

The room was very clean. Sheets were good. Room was large.

The room needed to be aired out before we got there. The air conditioner was extremely loud. Those were the roughest towels ever. Pillows were like hard balloons.

Excellent location. So glad we could walk to everything since it happened to be a very busy weekend. Very convenient. Staff is very friendly.

The sheets could be softer. The TV was a little small. Still a great value.

The price for the room was very reasonable. Especially when compared to any other hotel this close to the historic district. We were just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the Fort, Ripley's, St.George where all the shops are located, really a great location for the price. The room was very clean and well maintained. Our room was right on the road, probably the only downside as the traffic would start fairly early but the noise level really wasn't too bad. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, we added a night and they made it very easy to do this. Would most definitely recommend staying here especially if you're on a budget like we were. Also some really nice local shops along the walk towards the historic district. One being a very good ice cream shop and another being an excellent bakery. There is also a convenient store a block or so up the road that has most anything you could need for your stay.

One drawback, for us, was our room was right on the road so we had road noise that started at around 5 am and continued all day (which we weren't in the room all day so didn't matter so much as far as that goes) and into the night. But it wasn't bad and mostly died down by time we were going to sleep. And this only goes for our room which was right on the side where the busy road is.

friendly staff

location wasn’t bad. a bit of a walk to everything going on but doable - especially with hop on/off trolley rides. beds were comfortable. easy free parking.

bathroom wasn’t the cleanest/needed updating

It was at walking distance from all the places we wanted to visit. The staff was so kind and diligent. The room was comfortable and clean.
