The room was excellent and the hotel itself was very well kept. The breakfast was good enough. Only problem with the stay was the wifi was out the whole time, and the TV in the suite was not working (the one in the bedroom worked fine). Overall, would do it again.

Staff all smoked right out in front of the building entrance so guests have to walk thru all of their second hand smoke going in and out of the building.

Breakfast could have been better for almost 300$ a night there could have been more variety and better quality food items.

chose it over being across the street at the Hampton Inn due to the desire to have the hot tub. It was closed without notice online. And the breakfast was very substandard.

Breakfast was horrible. Coffee was good. You had The Bass pros in there and each truck took up to 5 parking spots and left no room for people to park there cars in a normal parking spot. Had to park along curbs. Makes it a real safety Hazzard especially fire department.

Convenient location to the work site with plenty of restaurant options. The room was clean on arrival. Staff friendly. Check-in/out was easy w/few small problems. Specific room requests were granted.

Of my 2 stays on two different floors, I found that over half of the lampshades in the hallways were broken/smashed, and typically at least one lamp was out. The wallpaper in both rooms behind the toilet is bleached out from overspray of cleaning solutions. Free wi-fi cuts out after a few hours requiring re-login multiple times daily...extremely inconvenient, esp. at this price point and comparative hotels with free wi-fi access. Several towels were threadbare. Fitted sheets have no elastic left to stay on the mattress. Throw pillows stink. Side doors more convenient to the back parking lot were not operable halfway through one stay. Stairs rarely get vacuumed -- cereal spilled on one level when I left the first time didn't get cleaned until halfway through my 2nd stay 2.5 weeks later! Automatic lawn sprinklers water more of the sidewalk than the surrounding lawns. All this is to say, that all these things put together show there is a lack of attention to detail and making the place look like it's being kept up properly. I'm willing to forgive some things during staff shortages & COVID times during business travel, but I would never choose to stay here for a personal/leisure trip.
