The location was perfect and very close proximity to everything. I did not have any breakfast. I went out for breakfast.
Everything was fine and I enjoyed my stay. I also let my family & friend know about my Roami stay.

Large clean apartment in a central location. Walking distance to centre. Very close to tram stops.
We thought there was a pool there. No big deal. We really liked the place.

Good place, huge, close to Bourbon Street.
They tried to scam us, calling and requesting an additional "cleaning fee" of 500 USD. Not sure if they do this to foreigners only, but we had to threaten them with the police breaking in to get our stuff.

We really enjoyed the cleanliness of the apartment, room 216 (two bedroom). The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms left nothing to desire, they even come with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It was just my husband and I and we had more than enough cups, plates, silverware etc. I read a few reviews before our stay and was concerned about hearing our neighbors and not being able to rest because of it but that was not true for us, if we didn't know any better we would have thought we had the whole building to ourselves. They also provide laundry detergent(who does that?) Each room had its own television, we binge watched movies. The barbecue grill located downstairs in the back courtyard was Amazing, we grilled steaks and made friends with the other guest who were waiting to use the grill or just relaxing in the Community Room with a piano/TV/Games and also comes equipped with extra supplies (like towels, toilet tissue that you can just grab and take back with you to your room). If i ever come back to New Orleans, I will come back to Roami @ Factors Row and i do suggest to others if you want a home away from home without "Breaking The Bank"
This was not a deal breaker at all because after awhile, we tuned it out and barely noticed it but the train does come down the street several times throughout the day and night and our room was facing the street so we heard it a lot but again, we eventually barely noticed it. For some reason the TV in the front room would automatically come on by itself (scared the crap out of us...........lol!!!!!!!!!) but we never took the time to see if it was on some type of periodic timer (it only happened twice). Parking is expensive but that is just how it is in New Orleans (we used the O'Keefe parking garage at the corner (we got the $30/per day pass and we could come and go as we pleased vs others that we called that charge $30-$50 every time you move your car. There is also street parking but you don't want to be there for long, it could get expensive too.

Perfect location, at walking distance from the famous center of New Orleans and yet far enough from its noise. Spacious and clean apartment.
As teadrinkers we missed a waterboiler and had to cook water in a pan

Everything was clean and the thermostat was perfect.
There was a strange clicking noise. Both of my units heard it all throughout the night.

the apartment was nice!
Bed comfortable!
Nice kitchen!
No parking is my #1!!
I did call your phone number for help & was sent a map of parking locations & costs! also links that 2/4 did NOT go through!
I ended up parking in the Evolution location t directly behind your hotel!! I was charged $189.00 for 4 nights from 10:00PM -10:00 AM! Even though that lot has about 8 reserved spaces for Sextant House residents!
also no regular TV! I watch NBC every
morning while exercising & making breakfast! One can not get local, National & international news from streaming!

spacious and clean with a great location. easy to walk to and from the french quarter and warehouse district. nice amenities and decor - very minimal and simple. washer and dryer was so great to have during our 6 day stay. and if you needed anything, there was a community storage room that had extra towels, teas, toilet paper, etc as needed. secure and safe entry was a feature that helped set our minds at ease, esp being in a new city for the first time.
right at 11am checkout time, housekeeping crew was right at your door LOL! but other than that, no complaints!

Location was great near the streetcar and canal/bourbon street. Within walking distance to a lot. Excellent, modern apartment and the pictures were accurate! Beds were comfortable and the apartment was really lovely. Large kitchen well stocked, good amount of space everywhere. We had ample space for 2 couples. We are undecided about the virtual concierge-not a dislike, but we definitely weren't used to it.
Just be aware the upstairs bedroom is a loft, not a separate bedroom with a door-not bad for us, but just be aware. The downstairs bedroom really needs a blackout curtain, wow, lots of light in the morning. And on a personal note, all parties felt for the cost, there could have been better toilet paper! The cost of this rental was quite high, although we knew that up front. Wifi can be spotty at times, and a problem for the virtual concierge.

The apartment was aesthetically pleasing. The room looked very much like the photo. The lobby was great and smelled wonderful. The staff, particularly a Black woman named Shakia (I may have that wrong) and a very pregnant blond lady were super helpful to my daughter and I. They assisted in getting our assigned room cleaned faster allowing us to check in early. We were VERY appreciative as check-in didn't occur until 4 and we were allowed in by about 12:30 or so. Entering the apartment it appeared neat and clean. It wasn't perfect but it was more than acceptable. The location was great.
Were there a few worn areas? Yes. It wasn't perfect. We stayed in room 205. There was a large stain on the sofa. The handle was broken on a drawer in the closet. The bathroom left a little to be desired. Personally, the bed was TOO SOFT. It was a soft memory foam bed that you sank into. Some people enjoy that type of bed but I didn't. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS THERE WERE ROACHES. I saw a small one in the bathroom Friday. By Saturday I had seen 2 more in the bathroom and on Sunday there was one in the clean dishwasher after I had run the dishwasher. I kept the space clean, left no food out, wiped counters down and took the trash out and dropped it into the trash chute daily during our 4 day stay. I texted the number, 833-305-3535, provided and there was no response. The 833-305-3535 is a waste. They were largely unresponsive. If you call, you likely won't get anyone to answer. And although I had received a text from Grace from the same number about a "Carryon Luggage service" from that same number no one responded when I said I had roaches. If you need assistance you better find someone who works there during the early day. After that, you are on your own.

The apartments are beautiful, tall ceilings great decor and huge. They had everything you could need in the large kitchen including a dining table, beds were comfy, showers were good, clean fluffy towels and sheets.
Great spot for walking to bourbon street and surrounding areas.
So the only thing we didn't like was the sofas were filthy and stained, I didn't want to sit on them, such a shame as everything else was beautiful. And sadly we were in room 214 which is at the back of the building and on the tram line and it's was soooo noisy, it was like a freight train going past they seemed to go all night and early morning, there was also a street light on all night right next to the window so you need a sleep mask and ear plugs. Get a room at the front and you'll be fine.

Room was wonderful. Plenty of space, enjoyed the bed. Nice and quiet amongst the people staying there. A quaint coffee shop just outside, plenty of other food choices nearby. Close enough yet also far enough away from Bourbon St. Once you're settled in it is quite comfortable and relaxing.
On check in you can't get in to your room until the time on your phone. There is no one there (all virtual) so you have to call and I couldn't get through but eventually got a call back and they allowed early check in. Check in was 4pm, so a bit later than other places, so perhaps its possible to set up early check in prior to visiting? TV wasn't regular cable, it was paid Netflix or Amazon, and I think I had access because previous visitors didn't log out. :-)

front door of the lobby seemed insecure

The beds were super comfortable and the appartment was beautiful.
The kitchen could have been a bit better equipped, for example there was no drainer and there were no tea towels. The tea towels were the key lacking thing because it was hard to dry up dishes. It would also have been good to be left a couple of dishwasher tablets, it's expensive and heavy to buy a whole packet but leaving just one or two would mean we wouldn't have had to do so much washing up!

Spacious Apartment, verses if we would have stayed in a hotel room. Close to French Quarter & Magazine Street.
Virtual Staffing, except janitorial staff and most could not speak English. Virtual staff was not knowledgeable about local places or directions, but some suggested places were listed on computer screen.
When I booked my reservation it said that parking was Free. This was not the case upon arrival and it cost me $50-$60 additional each day, to park in lots close to the property. The Parking Garage they suggested was in wallking distance for a little less expensive, but I wanted to feel more secure & safe with parking close, especially since I was traveling with my younger son :(
