I had a reservation with booking.com that went missing, the night shift was busy helping others so I had to call booking.com myself, then have booking.com call him. I felt that he could have called and handled the situation directly instead of having the customer go through the roundabout. I understand he had a lot on is plate, but at the same time, this might not be the first time things like this happened at his job.

I didn't book handicap accessible, but I was given that room based on my booking.

Love the atmosphere and location. Beautiful hotel.

Only thing thing I didn't like was how stiff the bed was.

The location was extremely convenient for my plans.

The bed seemed way smaller than a king for sure. I have a king bed at home, so I’d know. I didn’t notice until my morning shower that there was a wash cloth left in the shower that was not from me. Completely disgusted me. Not worth the money at all, it definitely should be free! I’ve never had that happen in my life. When I came down to check out there was no one there to explain this to so I just left completely dissatisfied.
