Amplio y bien ubicado.
El sofá cama no es cómodo. Todo el tiempo había indigentes en el portal de los apartamentos.

Nice size place for price and a great location in city
Size was right for me and my nieces and location was close to the harbor and places I needed to go with nice parking

I was double charged and my reservation was cancelled on booking.com after I have completed my stay as reserved and checked out in the morning. The street is extremely noisy and the walls are so thin you can hear everything. Several stains on the couch.

There was no breakfast but the location was perfectly good

It is a fun downtown location. The exposed brick walls and high ceilings were quite beautiful. The apartment is secure and well cleaned.
The downtown location while being fun didn't always feel safe to us. There is a lot of homelessness, potential gang, and ever present police presence.

It was nice n comfortable clean n a nice area
Wish we had two bedrooms n two bathrooms

Lots of room. Very comfortable. And perfect location for the city
Check in and check out can be complicated, but doable. That is the only negative but even that was not that difficult.

It's a great location and reasonably safe.
Parking was sometimes difficult.

Could use a chain lock on door, for high risk escape kids lol

Roomie. The customer service was wonderful! Security was nice.
Bedroom was right above a bar! Outrageously loud, swearing and fights every night!! Not a ideal location!! The parking ramp was across a very busy street. Not a good location. Hardly any sleep!! Scary location

The location was great. We did not rent a car but walked around the area instead. The harbor was a block away, there were plenty of restaurants and museums. The manager was really nice and made us feel very welcome. Her maintenance man was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were good. The space is lovely and spacious. The main room is so spacious and designed for a family so therefore we had an hard time getting anyone to sleep in the downstairs bedroom with 2 twin beds. (7 kids). They chose to all sleep in the main room and Derrick the maintenance man brought over a blow up mattress for 2. And that was perfect. I realized later we forgot to leave him a tip. Derrick I apologize but please know that we appreciate everything. Traveling with several children was a lot and I probably would have lost my head if it wasn’t attached to my body. But all that matters is they had a great time. Our grandchildren did not want to leave. If there was a pool there they probably would not have left the building at all. I don’t know when I will visit Baltimore again but I would definitely stay there again.
The homeless were around a lot and often asleep in the entrance area of the building. But we really did not complain because I assume they were there because they felt safe and we were there for an only 5 days and didn’t want to be rude.

The best property we've ever booked! The land lady is super duper nice. She is always reachable and answers any questions quickly. We really had a great communication.
It's located downtown, a very very busy area.

The support we got from the manager was excellent. He came to assist us when we needed it.
The blinds in the front were a little off.

Well the first apartment that we had rented was above a Tavern and was a little bit loud at night and in the morning the blinds woke us up bright and early we then asked if they have another choice or another apartment we can move to and they kindly did the apartment was nice and clean and organized there were some sheets and towels in the dryer but we folded them and put them away other than that it was excellent to stay in the other apartment they put us in was even more nice than the first one but they both are very doable just depends where you want to be I'm a dark sleeper thanks again
We liked everything

The location to where we wanted to be was good.
The noise! people talking (and yelling), cars, buses, and sirens all times of the day and night. Single pane windows and little insulation to block out the noise. The apt. needs to be updated. It looks like they started but did not complete. electric outlets and switches do not all work, lights that don't turn on. outlets coming away from the wall.

The location was great since we were 5 minutes walk to our convention.
didn’t get the room in a timely matter due to previous group. The place was not clean and mattresses have bed bugs.

The location is great, near all the attractions like Inner Harbor, etc. The apartment was big with lots of appliances. It was unexpectedly quiet, contrary to many comments I had read. Parking is very useful, right across the street.
Transfer of the key was complicated. Use of a lock box would be preferable. I had texted I was checking in at 5 pm, but the key was not available and the cleaning was not done at my arrival I went out to eat and when I came back, the cleaning was still not done. It's a bit annoying after driving 9+ hours from Montreal plus visiting a museum to not be able to rest peacefully. The bed mattress was somewhat soft. The TV was not working. The dining table had a broken leg which I somewhat stabilized. The wi-fi connection was rather slow and spotty on my laptop computer. The cleaner gave me the wi-fi access code.
The place has a lot of potential, but it needs more organization. A sheet that explains all the procedures related to keys, parking, wi-fi access code, etc. should be printed and placed in evidence on the dining room table.
Finally, we were asked to do a few cleaning and maintenance chores before departing, like removing the bed sheets and pillow covers and placing them in the washing machine, putting a garbage bag in a corridor trash bin, etc. The place charges cleaning fees for renting the apartment. We should not be asked to provide such help. Otherwise the cleaning fees should be reduced.

I’m reviewing 39 Lexington because we were relocated from my original booking due to a water leak in the penthouse I originally booked.
*the staff was very kind and helpful
*the building was beautiful and has a gym on-site which was nice
*they provided plenty of linens and towels
my original booking location was exactly where we wanted to be and could have walked out the door, right into everything we wanted to do as far as attractions go. Being relocated to another site was inconvenient and meant I incurred excessive uber fees we weren’t planning on just to get to things for entertainment and food. I also had paid for a penthouse with 2 full bedrooms with tvs in each and a beautiful luxury bathroom, and this property was not equivalent. Although I understand unforeseen things can happen (the water leak at our originally reserved location) it was still disappointing when we were looking forward to a specific experience and didn’t learn until the day before our trip that we weren’t able to have that space because there wasn’t time at that point to find something else.
Some of the dishes provided could stand to be replaced and the options improved upon. I had to buy a 13x9 pan and a baking sheet in order to make dinner for my son and I, and several of the pots and pans had loose handles, scratched up and old nonstick surfaces, and partially melted plastic spatulas, etc. Overall this property was nice and Lorraine and Derrick were attentive and helpful.

It was very convenient for the event we were there for. Location is super close to so many restaurants, all within a 5 to 10 minute walk.
The housekeepers, Derrick and Machelle, were so sweet and easy to get a hold of, if needed.
Lorraine, the manager, was very accommodating, and even though she was away on a vacation, she was always checking in to make sure everything was going well.
The apartment is on the top floor all to yourself! It is very open on the main floor, with kitchen, LR, DR and 1 full bath, and the bedrooms are down just a few stairs to the opposite side of the apartment along with a huge 2nd full bath. The bedrooms each have huge walking closets, where our kids decided they would make their own bedrooms...lol...
We will definitely be back again.
It is on a very busy one-way city street, I mean it IS Baltimore, so it is noisy and bright at night with all the street lights, However, with that said, just bring earplugs and a sleep mask, and you are golden.

The location was great. Near the convention center. Lorraine was very nice and helpful, which makes the staying a good experience.
The bed wasn't that comfy.

my toilet stopped working the same day they come up with a plan for me to be able to use the restroom. Its a great location walking distance downtown. The property has a parking pass so that was nice to always have parking.
just not being able to use the bathroom in my apartment.
