Clean, great location, everything we needed. Ample parking.

The mattresses on all 3 queen beds were awful. Hard as a rock with no give. To the point that little sleep was had. Such a great place except for that. Please, invest in a simple Casper or equivalent and the place would be a 10! We would not stay next time unless new mattresses are brought in. Terrible to be on a holiday and have miserable sleep.

It’s a great house in a great location. For a smaller group it would be great minus the awful beds.

1. The beds and pillows are atrocious. Not just ok, absolutely unacceptable. The pillows on the beds were literally 2 inches thick. The entire pillow was thinner than a paperback book. I’m so confused by this- pillows aren’t expensive at all and these were so far away from anything you would choose to sleep on. The beds are all taco beds- they cave in the middle and you roll towards each other in the beds that were billed as queens but seemed more like fulls- might have been the horrible sags in the middle. These were all three beds!! We stayed in a vacation rental in Portland where the bed was so comfortable we asked what they were- and they were Zinus brand memory foam from amazon that are under $300. We liked it so much we bought one! 2. We had 6 adults and 6 kids which fits the number they say, and it was tight. We would rent a bigger house for three families next time- it’s three bedrooms, two with bunk beds and a full/queen and one bedroom with just the full and there’s a pull out sofa in the living room.
