Great location friendly staff comfortable beds awesome place to stay

Everything was great

Large apartment with a balcony for days overlooking the beach, intercostal, canals and Ft. Lauderdale what more could you ask for? Oh yeah, two beautiful pools to chose from.

I did not like that this listing was not clear that it was not a listing direct from the hotel but a listing from the owner of the apartment. I had a few issues stating with he charged my card before the visit which was not agreed on per the booking agreement, I was to pay at the resort. also it seemed a little bait a switch was taking place. I was giving a total price and he charged my card For what he called Additional taxes... I was giving back my funds from booking. I also was charged additional fees at the resort for parking which was clear in The description Of the property it was included..The Resort informed me the owner of this apartment was warned numerous times that he needed to stop misleading people. I was giving back my money from the resort for the parking which was$300 .... I now will only book direct from the hotel. I was disappointed with booking for allowing homeowners to use this site ... I thought that was what airbnb was for.... also it took three days hours on hold with booking to get this resolved!
