The size was good and fit our family of 5 well. The location to Turtle Bay resort was great and the pool was close by. The unit had everything you needed including laundry pods and dish tabs, dish soap and a sponge.

It was old and dingy and felt dirty. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes well so you weren’t sure how clean things were. The cabinets were warped and peeling and falling off the hinges. We had family stay in other units that were much nicer. For the price we paid we expected better.

Beautiful location, good value, very spacious and great for families.

Unit was very dated. Beds were very hard, air-conditioning was next to your head when you were sleeping and no block out blinds.

First thing that I didn't like when I entered the property was that there was items that were broken for the amount of money that I paid for to rent the unit per night. I am a housing inspector by trade for the military and these items really were Major flaws to my observation of the facility offered and provided by your owner. 1) The front screen door closer (door frame) was had a big crack in the wood where the screws attach to the door frame. We had to watch the area as we opened/closed the door. 2) Downstairs bdrm - fan had no switch to turn off/on - needed to pull the plug to operate. 3) All ceiling fans had 1 speed of Very Very slow (almost dead Slow) 4)Kitchen sink - faucet was Not attached to counter top - making it hard to turn on/off and to operate properly, the sprayer, movement from side to side correctly. 5)Kitchen dimmer light dial/switch - I believe is beyond its life span - to operate on/off needed to press hard to operate 6) Patio screen door - could not lock to secure the area 7) the stairs - there is a soft spot under the carpet in the middle of a step 8)Stairs carpet - top step is pulling away off the tack strip exposing the sharp nails 9)Main room upstairs- windows are inoperatable & could not close flush allowing rain/wind spray to enter the room 10)Attic trap door is not flush or sealed to the ceiling- & saw Big Black Live roaches coming out from the 1" unsightly gap 12) both Showers were not accessible at the same time, the hot water would at 1 or the other would be cold & the other is hot with less cold. 13) The 2 large Beds were Hard as a Rock with no topper or mattress pad, it was just unbearable 14) 2 single beds in the loft - were worn/sunken in the middle with very little comfort "May I suggest powerstrips with USB port charging capabilities in all areas where items such as phones, CPAP, Bluetooth items can be charged or use power. Reaching behind nights/dressers/tables etc.

Our full space was very nice and made living easy and fun. The 2 bathrooms, outdoor spaces were all ideal. All of the instructions were very clear to follow to make the most out of our visit.

There were any ants in the kitchen space that I wish could be addressed. They did not bother us or bite but they were all over. Considering we had 5 people staying with us, more bathroom towels would have also been preferred.

Lives the location and facilities. Lots of room. Only bad part was the cleaning crew never showed up to change sheets or bedding when they said they would. We called, and went in person and were promised the next day they would come but they never did so we had to wash our own sheets and replace our own towels. That was the whole reason for being on vacation. Otherwise the place was wonderful

The property was not in the condition it was advertised. The property was very out dates and not clean at all. The refrigerator has mold on the outside and the furniture is in very poor condition. There was bird droppings ga on the ceiling fans. The coffee table had food crumbs from the previous guests on it. The dish washer leaked twice with water gushing all over the floor. Most of the electric outliers did not work. There were many ants in both bathrooms along with dead and live cockroaches. This is the poorest property I have been in on vacation and this ruined my vacation stay. Turtle Bay customer service was very poor as well. They told me I could have left if I did not like the property and when I told them I was with three small children and my mother and mother in law where can we go that’s not booked I was told “we can solve all your problems.” Very disappointed.

The location is very convenient . The gated community is nice. I like that they have 1 King bed and 4 twin beds. It has a small terrace.

The property is dirty . The utensil is not clean. The houses is dusty and it has the old smell when we first walked in . I wish that the property owner can remodel the kitchen, cabinet , flooring and replace the fans. We stayed in another property in the same complex so we compared it to that and the other place is much cleaner.
