The location

The Dishes were not clean. There were dirty glasses, plates… Also there were no dishwasher tablets.

The condo was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. It has beach chairs, masks, fins and snorkels, beach toys, and great kitchen utensils and pots and pans. It was a perfect location near many beaches at Turtlr Bay.

It was very difficult communicating with the Red Awning Management Company . I sent several emails which they did not answer. There was no direct number to call, only a virtual assistant # which could not answer our questions. We only got our gate code the evening before we left and the door code in a text after we landed. What if we had a problem with our phone? I would not want to deal with this company again. I would be better to rent directly from the Company managing the complex. This is the first time we have had a problem when using booking.com.

we ran out of hot water quickly in the shower. Also - they advertise no parking available for this unit, but Kuilima Estates has parking stalls available, and this unit has one stall. AC didnt get the condo cool enough.

Location, Location, Location. Loved being able to take walks on nearby golf course and along the beach. Also coffee at the Turtle Bay Cafe

Little things that matter: coffee maker not working; broken can opener; living room windows needed cleaning; problem with flooding during rains. Also, it was difficult to locate the unit as the address information was much too vague. Also, too many emails and messages. Also, the property manager was not available when we arrived. We were grateful for help from security and cleaning staff to help us find the property and get settled.
