Location was excellent.

The condition of the unit was in poor to fair condition. Shower was so antiquated that it felt like we'd fall through the fiberglass floor. Bed was a full, not even a queen. Wife & I traded out the bed for the pull out couch every night. Trash bins right outside our unit was a huge bummer. Trash day on Saturday AM and emptying 7 bins for 10 mins was unacceptable.

Location at the Resort was great, however the pictures led me to believe that the condo was directly on the golf course...it was not and our view was of the parking lot.

The condo is in serious need of updating. The bottoms of the doors are ragged. There was literally mushrooms growing between the tile and the sheetrock in the hall. After we photographed it, we cleaned it up, but by the time we left the mushrooms were growing again. The coffee pot stoped working within the first few days we were there. We used the washer and dryer and noticed our clothes were not drying. It looked like the lint trap had never been cleaned. I removed a three inch layer of lint, it is fortunate there had not been a fire.At least two times during the week, the dumpsters for the entire complex were stationed outside the condo patio where they were emptied. The noise was significant.

Location was excellent - very easy to travel to all the beaches and restaurants in a short time frame

The condo did not seem clean. The carpet is very dirty - a bath rug in bathroom was not cleaned from previous rentals- I had to wash. Just over all it needed a better clean job to check in. Condo just needs improvement with furniture and ALL

Location was great! The construction at Turtle Bay was a bit of a distraction yet the beaches were beautiful and easily accessible.

The condo was clean but a little dated and the bathroom, though adequate, definitely needs to be refreshed. I believe the unit hasn’t had many/any updates since originally built.

Good location, liked having a kitchen and the screen doors were awesome to let the air in.

There was no maid and we ended up having to purchase our own toilet paper because they wouldn’t provide anymore. It was also really hard to see the unit numbers in the dark. It took us forever to find the condo. We also found 2 dead cockroaches during our stay.

It would have been nice to have coffee as well as shampoo and conditioner available. There was also a large cockroach in the kitchen and some centipedes running around. I know pests are hard in Hawaii, but it was a bit off-putting.
