The flat is in a great location at the end of Jatiúca beach and everything is accessible by walking. The flat is spacious, aired and has the basic appliances needed for a short stay. The WiFi worked well during all our stay. We loved the hammock right beside the window with a sea view and the bicycles were an added bonus. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. The swimming pool is very private, at the top of building, with a great sea view. The terrace also features a spacious seating area.

I spent 9 days at this flat and it rained during 5 days, so we stayed home most the time and needed to use the TV a lot. The TV its not Smart, it is too small (23”) and it was placed very high in the wall. When seated in the sofa, the screen gets darker and we can barely see anything. There is local and cable TV but is not HD. However I managed to watch Netflix by hooking my Apple TV on the TV and the internet was fast enough to stream my favorite TV shows. I have 2 suggestions: 1) replace the small TV with a bigger, at least 32” Smart TV, and please, place the TV on a lower position so that we can actually see it. 2) it will be great if there was a washing machine at the flat. We stayed 9 days and we had a load of clothes to wash and it was very hard to wash by hand and some of the clothes could not dry on time due to the rain and the lack of window at the kitchen
