This was a very conveniently located hotel close to the waterfront and DT Split.
The room we rented was a bit small but worked well for 1 night. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet without city noise and the shower had great water pressure.
The only downside was that there is no elevator and the hotel is on the 3rd floor of a very old building.
You have to climb 6 flights of stairs with your luggage, it was exhausting.
Something to pay attention to if you are older or have an injure to your foot like I have.
No elevator, 6 flights of stairs was a lot of climbing each time to go in and out of the hotel.

Location is great, rooftop was a great amenity, luggage storage on our last day was a life saver, staff were friendly and good communication
The shower didn’t drain as quickly as it runs, so after one shower the bathroom was flooded and didn’t have a drain within the bathroom itself. Bathroom was just an odd design in itself.

The one and only drawback was the stairs but we should have been aware that such a historic building would not have a lift. Everything else was superb.
The balcony was particularly welcome.
Nothing.

Only the location which was very central to the centre of the sea front of Split
Mold in the shower, dusty and a very small room. Not value for money.
