Peaceful location. Lovely room. Very nice staff.
The furnishings felt rather worn and dated tho that added to the atmosphere in some ways. The food in the restaurant was ok but nothing special.

The food was very nice. We enjoyed having a restaurant on site that served excellent dinner choices. The bar sold us a bottle of wine to take on a walk/picnic. We felt that the staff wanted to ensure good service for us.

Lovely pub with rooms. Room was double, clean, lovely toiletries, shower, quiet. Pub food was delicious. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was really tasty (and a decent portion, plus the continental bits you can help yourself to).

Our room was lovely, the style and ambience was great.
The bread was awful which made the breakfast very disappointing! Also, the breakfast was advertised as being available until 11.00 a.m. which was not the case.
