The parking was so far. Imagine I am travelling with a senior and the parking that the person in charge offered is the one near the clubhouse. There were ramps, it's raining and AT NIGHT. Come morning, we saw that there are parking slots IN FRONT of the building and I messaged the person who is in charge and he said that they offered the clubhouse slot because it is cheaper to which I DON'T EVEN CARE WHICH IS CHEAPER OR NOT, I AM TRAVELLING WITH A SENIOR CITIZEN, I WOULD RATHER PAY HIGHER THAN THE CLUBHOUSE AMOUNT IF IT IS MORE PRACTICAL AND SAFE. Then I left my ID on the counter since we checked out early. I know it was my fault to leave my ID there (honest mistake since we'd rather not waste time there). I messaged the person in charge again on how I can get my ID back since I life 2 hours away from the unit, lo and behold... NO RESPONSE. if there is -10 for the rate I would love to give it.

Beddings were clean. Accessible to good dining spots.

Sink inside the CR was clogged. No closet nor a single hook & hanger to hang clothes. AC not in good cooling condition. No cable & internet connection. Unit not well-maintained as evidenced by broken lock of the glass door by the balcony, uncovered pipes on the wall & rust on water heater/shower. Unit so far from parking area, no shuttle available.

The host is not generous ,we are just asking for a couple of minutes for late check out and he didn't give it. Though he apologized for not honoring our request, it is not acceptable because it is just less than 30mins late check out we were asking to them
