Absolutely wonderful stay at Konak Hotel. Everything was great — the rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was excellent, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast was lovely, and the whole hotel had a warm and pleasant atmosphere.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt very well looked after. Excellent service and great value for money. I would definitely recommend Konak Hotel and would happily stay again!

Everything and the staffs are amazing, they are so helpful and supportive. The breakfast is good, the area is nice, many restaurants and cafes around. Very convenient for shopping...Overall it is excellent. I would like to thank the whole staff.

The location was perfect, with easy access to all forms of public transport nearby. The accommodation was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly.
The best aspects were the cleanliness of the room, the friendly and smiling staff, and the wide variety of breakfast options.

The staff was really great, friendly and so helpful !
First, a cockroach appeared in the bathroom.
And the air conditioner isn’t working — it’s not cold at all, and the airflow is very weak.
It’s just air without any refrigerant, and when the temperature dropped outside, the AC automatically switched to heater mode.
The room turned into an oven.
