All basic facilities are available, and it's 15 min. walk to the central area. The staff is friendly and helpful. They made sure our stay was comfortable. We didn't try the breakfast, so not sure how the spread was.
Nothing to complain about. :)

Location very close to the town center.
Noisy, you could hear basically everything from people talking in their rooms to them going to the toilet.
