It’s in an excellent location. The apartment is airy, feels spacious and well equipped for a city stay. There are excellent restaurants nearby and a decent supermarket about 400 yards walk. The building during our stay was very quiet.

If it had an outside balcony it would score 10/10. For us it did not detract from our stay, it would have just added that final extra. Otherwise it was ideal for our purpose.

The location is quite nice, close to the cathedral and port of Mallorca. Multiple different style restaurants around, jut within few steps. Comfortable to walk to bus stops and searching for the taxis. The free tea, coffee, and white wine, kitchen stuffs are fantastic. We like the tea box and coffee at apartment. Regarding the staff, they arranged everything well in advance. Gastón is a good guy, he is easy to reach and always kind to help. It’s a good choice for the family. My little boy loves the apartment and the baby cribe.

The location was fabulous, public parking opposite in the port was good and free at night. Ice cream round the corner was excellent.

The flat was clean but nothing special, the double bed was very hard and the bunk beds very squeaky.

The location was perfect, the apartment was very clean and comfortable and the patio gave us the opportunity to have breakfast and socialize outdoors.

The location was great- right in Palma near many restaurants and walking distance to the beach. We loved how spacious it was. Plenty of space for our group of 5. Very clean. We were even given a welcome gift of a bottle of cava!

Some beach towels provided would have been appreciated. Also maybe an extra blanket or 2 would have been nice.
