A lovely and inviting haven of peace in the middle of beautiful Porto. The host was accommodating, and had helpful hints of where to go for dinner. The gardens and pool were super and the room was comfortable with a terrace overlooking the gardens.

Room was big, free parking, peaceful ambiance. Amenities were good! Big windows give a great view into the beautiful garden. The place is in a great area, close to shops, restaurants and anything you need. Remnants of covid measures were visible (sanitizers, contactless check-out etc) so that is great as well. They even had free to use umbrellas against the rain!

Furniture arrangement was sort of awkward. Being there with rainfalls, sitting inside more than preferred, makes the furniture arrangement awkward. No comfortable place to eat breakfast, very hard shower water, awkward sink in the kitchen and the swimming pool outside was in bad shape.

The kitchen equipment was a little lacking if you wanted to self cater for every meal.

The staff are really friendly. The whole hotel was very homely and in a perfect location for Porto. The swimming pool and seating area were really nice and the room was very comfortable. The room was a big size and was nice to use the kitchen. We had 1 breakfast as well, which was delivered to your room, the breakfast was delicious. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this hotel to others. Thank you again.

fantastic place, would recommend for anyone. walking distance to main sites and river. flat is comfortable. family friendly. Garden it is delightful and great for kids

no coffee pods for the machines 🥲, you could leave 1-2 per night, and sofa bed could be updated to a more comfortable option, but I have to say that my kids slept without a problem.

We traveled with 2 kids to Porto and stayed here for 2 nights. It is centrally located and easy to access everywhere in Porto. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessities. There are plenty of good food options nearby. Daniella, who helped us to check in, was super friendly and helpful. Would recommend it to families travelling with kids.

It would have been good to have some coffee/tea readily available in the room.

We leave fed the location close to everything. The modern design of the apartment set in the context of a lovely historic building in lovely gardens. The small pool was a real treat after a day trekking around sightseeing. The staff responded promptly with total commitment to a couple of minor issues arising eg wiFI signal and a faulty bathroom heater - both were remedied quickly, it was a real gem of a place and if I am lucky enough to get back to Porto, I would stay there again.

Just the issues mentioned above : wiFI issues and faulty bathroom heater. But both issues resolved very willingly and promptly. Construction works were loud and continuous but this was outside the property and a new/expanded metro is being built. Next time we come it should be built !

It was my favourite Stay on our trip through Portugal! It felt like an Oasis in the middle of the city, and when you're at the Hotel you can't really believe how close you actually are to the city centre. The garden and the pool really gave it a very special and calm vibe. The staff was also very nice and super helpful and made us feel very welcome. There's a wine bar right outside the venue with excellent wines and a cool atmosphere. I would definitely return and recommend this place 100%.

Everything was perfect!

A historic renovated building transformed into apartments to rent. Our apartment - on the second floor - was spacious and elegant with a kitchenette where you can prepare breakfast. There is a nice garden with a small pool - unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy it but it was nice to know it was there! Private parking (12€) is so convenient as finding parking in Porto seems really complicated.

The box - like construction in the middle of the room that doubles as bathroom and kitchenette is rather noisy. It didn't really bother us but it perhaps annoys people staying downstairs.

really amazing location and close to everything. the pool was such a great addition for a city break as we didnt have time to head to the coast. and a late 11pm check in was easily accomodated and no real check out neccessary.

the building although beautifula dn picturesque was a bit old so the wooden fllor boards of the room above us creaked constantly. it didnt help there was a room full of small children who were running around and moving furniture early in the mornings - but this wasnt the fault of the hosts of course just bad timing for us!
