Location, clean and host was nice

- super noisy - we could hear the neighbors having fun at night as well as the nearby bar’s customers - AC not effective - almost no water pressure in the shower - no closing door of the toilet - overall condition of the apartment - not good value for money (paid 110€/night)

the worst service I have ever seen. they don’t have AC. receptionist don’t understand English. if you ask for anything they just reply sorry I’m here to just handover the keys. zero service

the location is super great ❤️ you could walk and explore the city, the traffic bus and metro are various. Lily from the reception was a nice and helpful person 🌸 the room is cozy and confortable. Although it is in the middle of the city, we weren’t didn’t hear any noise! highly recommended place to be in Madrid

The location is wonderful. The rooms were very good for a Hostel. The staff was very helpful and polite.

It's difficult to say because if you consider the value, it's very convenient. Maybe add some breakfast option on a nearby restaurant.

Everything is perfect. Second visit to this hostel. Feels like home, ideal for visiting Madrid.

Good location, close to the centre. Comfortable beds and snacks ready. Host was friendly and hospitable and we could contact her via Whatsapp.

Reception was never there. We did not have issues but several other clients were waiting outside with no answer for their check-in, even though they had an appointment for it. Very noisy (not only from outside, also from inside the building, no sense of privacy). The place looked clean, but we found a cockroach in the room later... Not a great sign. There was also a strange strong smell on the day we arrived (cleaning products?). If there are many guests at the same time, there seems to be an issue with the water (decrease of pressure and temperature). WiFi was very slow. Could be much better if they made some investments.

The location is ideal! The room had air conditioning! The stuff were friendly!

The bathroom and the elevator were really small! Even for small people like us. We had difficulty using the bathroom even though we're both size S/M. Also, the bathroom was not cleaned and the sink was clogged since day 1. There was no soundproofing between the rooms.
