Beautiful building, excellent room, good location, some staff very good.

Some staff and some services were poor, probably due to lack of training and poor planning.

We came back to our room around 5 PM to find cleaning staff going through our things, eventually to find out a high end GUcci bag was stolen Furthermore, limited hot water when showering and a bit overpriced overall

The boutique hotel is situated not far from the underground station, in a quiet area of South Kensington, but in easy reach of local bars, restaurants and museums. The staff were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.

I prefer to decide the additional gratuities given for the service instead of it being automatically added to my invoice....... not the amount, rather a principal !

The room was a nice size and the staff always had a smile.

The room smelled overwhelmingly of oil based paint. The plumbing fixtures in the shower and the sink were leaky and did not work well. It was difficult to get a hot shower. We felt it was very overpriced as it was not at all luxurious. Overall we were very disappointed. At the end, they wanted us to pay a $50 a day “gratuity” which was an insult for a room for which we already paid $650 a night.

you don’t have a front door car and have to ring the bell every time you come back; very small room

Amazing food, amazing service, just a great experience.

The hotel is in a gorgeous area but not right near any big attractions- you do need to take the tube (which is very easy) to see most things.
