Pleasant and welcoming check in staff and guys on hand to help with the bags. Clean and pleasant environment. Bathrobes and nice fluffy towels, toiletries in bathroom from white company. Enough hangers for a few nights stay. Ironing board and iron too.

Breakfast staff need encouraging to replace items quickly when they’ve run out ie cups and spoons! Shouldn’t need to ask half way through a service they should be paying attention and topping up as and when. People wandering around looking for spare ones, could be better. Some a bit surly in attitude too with the exception of the lady on the desk welcoming and seating everyone. Third stay here, not quite as good as the last. One lift broken so waiting for repair, it was a weekend to be fair probably difficult to get repaired then but it did only leave one serving six floors and staff moving laundry and cases for guests.

We stayed in a triple room which was a great size with a large bathroom. The only thing weird thing was to get to the room you go down a flight of stairs and then back up a flight of stairs inside the room. But the staff were super friendly and always helped us with our luggage.

Hotel is in a quieter residential neighbourhood with a school campus across the road, so dining options were limited to smaller coffee shops (which were great), but is walkable to a tube station so still convenient.
