In gf was ac but no other in lobby areas was hot there but in rooms perfect

It was very strategic as just walking distance from megamall, and ortigas bcd proper. Communication with the staff was also so smooth and very accommodating

Needed a bit of cleaning. Saw a lot of baby roaches in the kitchen and bathroom.

It would have been better if there is a shower door because the water goes through the whole area of the bathroom.

The property is very good for Family. They allowed 5 adults and 1 toddler to stay at this 2 bedroom hotel. 2 Towels provided each room. Complete toiletries provided in each bathroom. Hot/Cold Shower is working. Large windows in the living room/Dining Area and in 2 bedrooms. Staff is very accommodating, very helpful and just 1 message away. The location of the hotel is very accessible to nearby restaurants and malls. Outdoor pool is free for 3 person. They also allow early check in and late check out as long there is no reservation before or after your reservation. I’m satisfied with our stay and enjoyed a lot. And before I forgot, on weekends Emerald Ave is close for you to jog, bike and rent a bike for kids. WiFi is fast. 10 out of 10.

Had hard time to connect the TV to Wifi. TV inside the room has just TV Plus installed. please bring USB or laptop if you want movie night.

Kevin was so quick in attending to our needs. Location is just right. The room size is good.
