Very clean and welcoming and very near to town centre . Lots of places to eat out
Bathroom sink to small , every time you turn tap on water went everywhere as basin not big enough .
Kettle didn’t boil water hot enough and also left a funny taste .

Lovely and clean. Shower nice and hot, great pressure. Plentiful tea/coffee/toiletry supplies in the room.
I’d add a better desk in the room and maybe a couple of comfy chairs in the tv room.
Fabric softener on the sheets was a little strong, maybe consider a lighter scent

Very friendly welcome, easy access, very comfortable bed, nice hot shower. Tea and coffee facilities a bonus, nice and clean.
Little noisy outside but I wanted central location so took that on the chin.

Location excellent for train and town centre. Small fridge in the room enabled us to have breakfast in the room.
Room too small (Room 3). Double bed with no bedside tables and one side against the wall. Tiny basin in the shower room, far too small to wash your face above. Woken by guests in the next room talking loudly at 4pm on one night.
