This property is stunning! Absolutely gorgeous, every detail is impeccable! The staff provided great service, and the breakfast was delicious and of good portions. The water was hot and readily available. They’re on which it is located is fairly quiet, but a bit of a jaunt to the plaza grande of that’s what your looking for.
Oh my goodness the ac unit in our room was sooooo noisy, it literally groaned every
45 seconds to one minute! I really didn’t sleep at all the two nights we were there. I tried the fan, but it was worse than the ac, it sounded like you were in front of an airplane turbine! Note as well the heat in Merida makes it impossible to sleep without a fan or ac. I respect this sounds very first world, but for the cost of the room and a “luxury boutique hotel”, I should have been able to catch a restful sleep!

Amazing place with two swimming pools shared between only a handful of guests. Comfortable bedrooms and a nice breakfast. A luxury experience in the middle of Merida.

The hotel has absolutely magnificent exterior, lovely pools and visually appealing breakfast.
The room is quite poor compared to the rest of hotel: there is no fridge in the room, shower had very poor water pressure and amenities are not impressive at all. For the high price per night, it is disappointing. Lack of parking is an issue, especially if you arrive at night where the streets are already crowded with parked vehicles. The breakfast visually great, but every bit is missing something. The manager is very knowledgeable though and ready to help, on a positive note.
