It was a really nice place to stay. Clean tidy and only 15 minute walk to Trevi fountain.

Plenty of space, good location. Lots of food options nearby. Delicious gelato 1 1/2 blocks away. Excellent fresh vegetables nearby

It was lovely each group having space in the apartment. The owner was responsive and had snacks and coffee in the unit. My only feedback would be that it rather a surprise that a stranger came walking in and grabbed laundry. Rather uncomfortable and there wasnt any warning.

This place was perfect for our 3 night stay in Roma. Perfectly located to restaurant, cafes and shopping.

Loved the home for the last part of our rome trip. Being able to drop off our luggage prior to checking in was a huge blessing.

A wonderful property in a wonderful part of town. Everything required was included and thoughtfully provided. The highest recommendation.

Check in and out was the easiest ever. The hosts allowed us to leave our bags before and after the allowed check in times.

The VRBO is a great stay location and was very nice when it was clean. The issue was poor communication from the property manager on the day of arrival. I didn't receive check-in information until 3:30 p.m. local time. My friend and I had traveled from Florence that morning, stowed our bags in luggage storage and then went sight-seeing. By 3:30 p.m. we were hot, sweaty and tired. After a few phone calls and a few messages thru VRBO, we finally got a person. I was told on the phone that check-in was 4:00 p.m. We received the codes and were able to check-in at 4:30 p.m. However, when we arrived, the cleaning staff was still there and appeared to just have started cleaning. After a few more phone calls back and forth between cleaning personnel and the property manager and after waiting with our things for about 45 minutes, we finally had to go back out since our time in Rome was only one day as we were traveling home from a 3 week work trip. We were able to lock our belongings in one of the clean rooms.
OVERALL, the VRBO is very nice and location is great (not quite as close to attractions as advertised), they just need to work on the communication and have the room ready for guests by the time advertised.

Niccola provided easy directions and instructions for the property. It is located in a beautiful part of Rome with lots of bakeries and restaurants within walking distance. We felt very safe. The property was spotless and the layout was great for 5 adults and 2 children. They even welcomed us with snacks and bottles of cold water! Excellent stay.

Apartment is exactly as pictured/described, was nice and clean, and the checkin and checkout were very easy. The neighborhood is clean/safe and away from the chaos of the historic center. Would definitely consider using again if we visit.

Apartment was very clean and spacious. Owners very thoughtful by leaving plently of bottled water and snacks. Would have stayed here longer if time permitted, very comfortable. Only one bath and shower was extremely small, but had two others to use.

The property had plenty of room for a family of 8 including plenty of bathrooms and kitchenette areas. It was comfortable and very clean.
Location worked well as we could walk to many sites and the food in the neighborhood was great.

Pia Domus was a comfortable stay for our group of nine. We found it to be a welcome retreat from the fast-paced streets of Rome. The apartment was clean with big windows in all three rooms to let natural light in from an inner courtyard. We appreciated the ensuite full bathrooms and found the beds to be comfortable. The location is a safe-feeling, quieter neighborhood with several restaurants within a block and also a produce and grocery market around the corner. We visited Terra Mia Pizzeria and especially enjoyed their Margherita pizza and Caprese salad. We recommend Pia Domus for your visit to Rome!

This is a safe and 5 star property. The rooms were beyond our satisfaction. Extremely clean and each bedroom had their own coffee and tea. With individual wrapped cakes, breads, and pastries. Do many to choose from. The host went far beyond accommodating our request. Internet access was exceptional and cleaning service the best. I rarely give a 5 stsr review but this VRBO definitely deserves it. Will definitely reboot when in Rome again. And the local restaurants nearby for breakfast and dinner are amazing. Thanks Sylvia for beinf there for us.

This is an amazing apartment with plenty of room for two couples plus extra sleeping for children, if required. Extremely clean, and personal touches like snacks, coffee, and toiletries. Kitchen facilities are also available. The location is central and on a bus route. Would highly recommend this property!

Nice spot in Rome... busy, but not too busy (ie,touristy). Amazing restaurants just downstairs from the Apt, with lots of shops and places to explore. Had a fantastic time here with the family.

Two groups flying in from different continents. Both had flight issues and this owner communicated quickly and adjusted for our circumstances. Amazing.

The owner sent a man with no warning at 1 am to “pick up laundry” who was insistent on getting in. We don’t speak Italian and there was no way we would let him in. He cursed us out. We later found out he was legitimate but it was absolutely absurd that he was trying to get in at that hour. He could have been a burglar or worse. Once we found out he was legit, we asked the owner to send him back in the day. But he still came back at 5 am. Unbelievable. This was very traumatizing because we thought he was a burglar. The fact that he came back at 5 am shows total disregard by the owner, who also did nothing to compensate for the troubles.

A Great Visit to Rome
A wonderful location in a very walkable city. Was just far enough away to be quiet and uncrowded! My two granddaughters and myself enjoyed having our own rooms with bathrooms. It was exceptionally clean, and kept that way during the 12 days of our stay. The temperature was extremely hot during our visit, but the air conditioning worked wonderfully. Everyone was thoughtful and helpful. This was a comfortable and pleasant base for our exploration of Rome.

This place was so convenient for our group of five friends. We arrived severely jet lagged, but it was so quiet and peaceful that we all slept 11+ hours! You have everything you need for a great stay. We appreciated the three sets of keys and automated check in/out.

Compared to the other VRBO’s (Venice & Florence) we reserved we felt this one lacked an accurate description. Parking near the property was impossible, we ended up blocks away at €30 per night. Claim to be close to the Colosseum and Spanish Steps, but it’s at least a 20-30 minute walk to each. Accommodations were clean, but it felt more like a dorm setup. The entry has a refrigerator and stove top, but so does each bedroom. The elegant living room is actually the third bedroom and kitchen. Fortunately our young (14) son wanted the loft, but even he thought the stairs were a bit treacherous. There was also a foul (septic like) odor coming from the laundry area.

Family of 6 (Grandparents, my wife and I, and our two teenage boys) enjoyed our visit to Rome and the apartment worked out great. We really enjoyed staying here and it made it easy to the visit the city. The rooms were clean, well stocked with basic kitchen appliances and they provided some waters, milk, and basic cooking supplies. Restrooms and showers were modern and larger than typical European flats. The area was safe and we were comfortable staying here. I will provide some notes below for other families coming from the States.
Couple of notes: (1) There is an additional Rome stay tax. (2) the WiFi in the front rooms was adequate, the back room very slow to non-existent. While we were there to enjoy the city, don't expect the super high speed we have come to expect in the States. The challenge was the larger TV was in the back room. It does come with Apple TV connection, but the WiFi was not fast enough to stream from iPad to the TV. There is a couple of nice markets in walking distance. We were able to prepare our own breakfast each day. Also quite a few family friendly restaurants in walking distance (note: they open between 7 pm and 8 pm). There is a washer but not US dryer. The "dryer" is run on spin cycles twice and then air dry on the provided rack.

Perfect for 5 friends seeing Rome for first time.
Stayed here 3 nights for our Italy trip. For 5 friends it was great! Accurate listing and accommodations. It’s exactly what we were expecting. Only very minor issue was the Wi-Fi keep dropping off. It would come back up but wasn’t super reliable. We’re not from Italy so we rely on Wi-Fi connections.

There were 7 of us.. one couple and 5 singles... 4 women, 3 men. The loft is mentioned as a third bedroom.. it’s in the kitchen..open and tight. We made it work and had fun. The 3 bathrooms were great...facilities were very clean. Really appreciated the refreshments provided (pkgd baked goodies, fruit juices and bottled water). The internet was an issue and maybe it was because there were 7 of us online! We are old friends of 40 yrs or more, like family, not shy and ex airline people.. so very well traveled. We loved the location and also appreciated the quick response from the owners re minor issues...its a shame we never met them!

Interesting suite
The place was spotless and the rooms were spacious. There were 2 families with 3 young children and we fit very comfortably in there. We didn't understand the layout from the photos so I thought I would describe it here for those who are as confused as we were. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, hotplates with kettle and a small fridge reminiscent of hotel rooms. There's also a loft style suite with an ensuite bathroom, sitting area, kitchen sink and small fridge. If you want to cook a large meal, try the gas stove in the kitchen in the entryway.
It is in a quiet, residential neighborhood which suited us well. There's a supermarket across the major road and a Metro station less than 10 minutes away. We stumbled upon the nearby Gelateria La Romana which has amazing gelato and other sweet treats!
Gabriella was extremely kind to help purchase a couple of random household items that we asked about.
The walls are so thick and solid that the WiFi signal is only strong in the entryway and first bedroom. And we had to stand near the windows for passable data signal. It wasn't a problem for us but I thought it was worth mentioning.
Overall, this was a comfortable place for us and we would come back again.
