The loveliest of views from the window over the garden and beyond. Really quiet neighbourhood so peaceful. easy Parking
Excellent Continental breakfast delivered in a basket in the morning.
Really comfortable bed. Lovely large bathroom including shower and bath.
Very attentive host. Will definitely return.
I don't think there is anything that could have been improved upon

Convenient location for Whitby Park and Ride and pleasant Garden Centre nearby with cafe on banks of River Esk. Large comfortable ground floor room, everything spotless. Huge delicious 'continental' breakfasts. Friendly host.
Parking and turning a bit awkward on steep slopes.

Continental breakfast is very nice if you like to have a relaxing morning. You also have the option to keep some over for a packed lunch if you are not hungry in the morning. The Veiw from the rear patio is so nice and you have the opportunity to relax there .Bed is very comfortable so a good nights sleep is guaranteed.
We were totally satisfied with the property.

The location was quiet, just a short bus ride out of Whitby was great. Breakfast was wonderful, served to your room in a wicker basket and full of fresh food perfect to set you up for the day. The room was large with fabulous views.
