Florence is the BEST host!! We love her place...quiet part of town, great WIFI, and very nice staff. This is always the place we like to stay in Lusaka

The place is very good You cook by your self and enjoy just like at home. No one to worry you And the gym is good everything is good The bed is perfect and bathroom and the kitchen The fridge everything is good. The owner and the workers are very good Thanks Florence I did enjoy my self thanks a lot My daughter. Going back to the UK Maybe after work if things go well for me I will come back to Africa and am coming back to your place again Hopefully if God willing I save money. You are going to see me there

The apartment was clean and the environment was clean as well. the equipement in the gym was good and accessible whenever i needed it. The manager of the place, Lungu was extremely helpful and hospitable. I will definitely recommend Ibex Heights to other colleagues. If ever i return to Lusaka, i will be staying at Ibex heights.

The first apartment, the one in the corner was a little dark with not too much light getting in, but when they moved me to another one, it was perfect and i was happy

And yes I will recommend 👌 More people and I will be back to I bex Apartment Heights, Even the workers are very good And the driver Mr Lungu is very good bless him. He did help me a lot with my shopping and every where I was going. We loved our stay at IBEX Heights apartments!! The place is in a very quiet neighborhood on a closed street so there was no evening noise or traffic noise! And with the ride sharing app, ULENDO, we were easily able to get to shopping and great restaurants very easily. The WIFI was absolutely perfect...fast speeds and always up! And best of all, Florence was always attentive to anything we needed and was a great hostess! We will definitely return again!

Host was amazing. Back up power was immediately available when electricity went out. Area is super safe and serene. Was provided a panic button. Security guard present at the gate and I think I noted CCTV cameras outside. Wifi worked okay.

There was a missing curtain in one of the rooms but host quicky sorted it out once I raised the issue. Not a lot to dislike about this place.

Very kind owner Florence came with POS and we payed by card. Appartment have kitchen open space, some pots, glasses, plates, cutlery, big fridgen, microwave, toaster and stove, electric. There are 2 bedrooms, we only needed one, the other is locked. Parking place in front of the door. In the bathroom is a douche and a washing machine, very useful for long trip. To start the boiler( for hot water) press the switch on the wall of second exit door!! Air conditioning work very well. The house is in a fancy clean and modern area, with guardian. Good matress Everithing smell good
