We had a wonderful time with family and enjoyed the cabin very much. The host was wonderful, kind and communicated well. Check in and out was very easy. The basement was wonderful for downtime. We enjoyed playing games and being together. This would've been a 5 star for me all the way, but had just a few issues. The jacuzzi tub had some lime and scum build up that would come out when you turned on the jets. If it hadn't been used in a while, they may have not realized this, but it was still an issue that made it not usable. Seating was limited throughout the house, and the recliner in the living room very used, but other than that, it was wonderful!!!

After driving 10hrs we arrived to find the cleaning crew still there at check in with about 45min left to finish. The cabin is very well decorated and loved all the antlers. We stayed with 11 people and found there is not much privacy as you can hear the people walking in the 2nd floor from the basement. The cabin is a little further from the local attractons but after finding all the back roads wasnt bad at all. Pool area looks nice but we didn't use. Hot tub was great. Having 4 bathrooms was a huge plus with a large group. We had a small issue and contacted the owner and it was fixed the next day, great comunication. We injoyed our week stay. Pros Was able to sleep 11 no issues View from top deck amazing Nice hot tub Room for everyone one the deck Daughter loved jetted tub Pool table Tvs every where We did get to see a beer last day Great communication Cons No gas grill like in picture (not allowed in subdivision) Could use more utensils Cleaning could have been alittle better Air hockey table was broke

The house was spotless and offered much entertainment. I would recommend bringing two ply toilet paper if you enjoy this luxury 😉 and also- I got the impression they may not wash the blankets and quilts after every stay. There ARE clean sheets- but if you have someone sensitive about germs you might bring extra blankets. Overall, I highly recommend!

Head of house full on our spring break Family vacation enjoyed the house had plenty of rooms and a nice layout had great mountain views from top deck.

9 people. 4 generations including my wife’s father and my 1 year old grandson. The cabin was amazing. We all had our own bedroom. Everything looked great with all the “Smokies” decorations.

The cabin was everything that we could have asked for based on the description. Everything was clean and inviting. The resort where the cabin is located was easy to get to and the drive up to the cabin was not difficult at all. We would stay here again for sure!

The cabin was spacious. We had kids that ranged from age 2 to 9 and some adults. The basement with the pool table and air hockey table kept them quite busy! The hot tub was great. The kids and adults all had a great time relaxing in it. The top balcony was wonderful. Great views and relaxing to sit on. Beds we comfortable. There are TVs in all the rooms except the loft. While you could see the TV downstairs from the loft, having another TV up there where would be nice as there is a couch and chair up there. The TV in the basement did not have anywhere to sit. The TVs are also hung a little high in the bedrooms. The cabin was clean. Just a little dusty under furniture. No bugs other than a few ladybugs, which are common in the area. The property manager was great. She called us ahead of time and gave us a rundown of the property and the area. Very nice, sweet lady. We appreciated the kitchen. It was nicely stocked and had a few spices and plenty of garbage bags and dishwasher detergent. The only thing I could suggest is to have some plastic bowls, plates and cups for kids. The trash is located down the hill. It wasn't a big deal to take it down each day, but it would have been convenient to have a trashcan cage at the cabin, as the other cabins in the neighborhood did. Overall the cabin was wonderful, we will definitely be back again. Thanks for a great weekend of memories!

We had a really great time!!

Our family gathered at the cabin to celebrate Christmas. The cabin was warm and cozy. we were so delighted that the cabin was beautifully decorated. It made our time extra special. There was a small issue with our stay that was out of the owner’s control, and he was great communicating with us. Our whole experience was wonderful.

We absolutely loved our stay. The cabin was very clean and had plenty of space for our family of 10. The kids loved the air hockey machine! The owners were great and easy to get in touch with. We will definitely stay here again. Can’t wait to come back :)

From the booking to the check-in it was all smooth sailing. The cabin was beautiful. Out of all the cabins we passed to get to this one and on the way out, the parking was by far the best. Plenty of room for 6 vehicles. Four vehicles fit nicely without having to move vehicles around to get out. We are used to staying in Pigeon Forge so during busy times, it is a little far away from where we wanted to go and the roads are narrow and curvy if you want to get to Pigeon Forge the fastest route. But to get back out on the main road it wasn't far out at all. Gathering the trash and having it ready for the cleaning crew isn't bad, it was more of a hassle having to take the trash to the dumpster. The only issue we had with the cleanliness of the cabin is there was a pair of socks on the couch under the throw pillow that wasn't ours as well as under the bed downstairs was someone's shirt and poptart wrappers. I feel with the cleaning fee these things should be gotten. There again the cabin was beautiful and very spacious for 11 people. I would stay again.

Cabin was super clean! Great view! Just as described. Absolutely loved our time there. They are very nice to rent from and detailed in directions. Would highly recommend!
